1 10 paper machine status

Jilin Paper Co., Ltd. 10 paper machine is a large and high-speed paper machine introduced from Valmet company in Finland in 1959. It has been stored in Nanping Paper Mill in Fujian for 11 years. It was installed in Jilin paper mill in 1970 and officially put into operation to produce paper in 1971. However, due to long-term storage and improper storage, part of the roll body was deformed, the rubber was aged, the end face of the stone roll was cracked and flaked after the paper machine was installed and put into operation, the pressing rubber roll was cracked, the drying cylinder was deformed, and the operation jumped, which made the paper machine difficult to operate normally, so that the output and quality of the paper could not meet the requirements. With the change of the market, the paper bag paper changed from best-selling to slow-moving. In addition, its own quality is not high, so it is difficult to gain a foothold in the market. Therefore, the company turned the paper machine into paper production in 1993. However, due to the operation of #10 paper machine for more than 20 years without major technical transformation, the overall technical equipment level of the paper machine is backward and the energy consumption is large. At the same time, six large-scale and high-speed paper machines with a width of more than 4m introduced by China in the same period in the 1950s, except for the #10 paper machine of Jizhi paper company, have been technically transformed. In order to produce high-quality offset paper and meet the needs of the market, Jilin paper company signed the first phase transformation contract with Beloit company in 1994, and the transformation was completed and put into operation in 1995. However, due to the lack of funds at that time, the paper machine was not fully and thoroughly transformed, but the transformation goal of phase I was to update all the flow sizing system, headbox and press department. The case, drying section, calender, surface coiler, rewinder and main transmission system have not been transformed, and the original design speed of 600m/min is still maintained. 2 background of transformation

in recent years, the publishing and printing industry has put forward high requirements for the quality of paper. Compared with foreign products, China's current overall paper level is: inferior quality, high price, low-grade products, it is difficult to participate in the competition in the international market. On the contrary, some paper machines with high assembly level have been selling well because of their good product quality. This shows that at present, the paper market in China is overstocked with inferior quality and high price paper, and what is lacking is high-quality offset paper with reasonable price that can meet the printing requirements of high-speed rotary offset press

after the first phase transformation of #10 paper machine of Jizhi Paper Co., Ltd. according to the difference of the maximum experimental force (loading capacity) it can test, and the load sensor is also divided into 50N and 5kn, the product quality has been improved to a certain extent, and the sales have been good. 3 main transformation contents

3.1 part

in order to improve the dehydration capacity of the part and reduce the difference between the two sides of the paper, a top is added on the original length. 3.2 drying section

the drying section is changed from the main shaft drive to the single machine frequency modulation drive, the siphon of the drying cylinder is replaced, the flow around rod is added in the cylinder, and effective reinforcement measures are taken for the frame

the steam condensate system adopts the heat pump system of Gardner company in the United States, which can accurately control the temperature of each part. The airtight hood of the drying section is the product of Changsha Zhengda Company

3.3 calendering Department

calendering machine adopts the world's advanced soft calendering, which is provided by Germany's kusters Beloit company. It can improve the smoothness and gloss of both sides of the paper, so that the product has a better loose thickness and uniform surface tightness, so as to improve the printability of offset paper

3.4 the reeling and finishing department

the paper reeler and rewinder are all products of Mitsubishi Corporation of Japan, ensuring the product output and quality requirements after speed up

the packaging line adopts the packaging equipment of Daejin company in South Korea, which can automatically weigh the paper roll, measure the roll diameter, and automatically print the head label in the machine
